Shannon was always very helpful. She replied promptly when I had questions, which I had lots. She is very pleasant and professional, knew her stuff when it came to planning my trip for me. I even added last minute things to my trip and she was right on top of it all.

Great times in the Mexican Riveria
We have been using Shannon for 15 years. She has always done a great job arranging our travel. One time stands out when we had a huge winter storm. She gave us good advice about staying home a few extra days and rearranging our travel plans. As it turned out we didn't have to spend time snowed in at the hotel before being able to head out on our trip. I would recommend to anyone wanting to plan a trip to give Shannon a call.

Walt Disney World - Awesome Family Vacation
Shannon was life saver! She arrange our Walt Disney World family vacation while taking on all of the last minute requests from the 8 Adults and 6 children under the age of 12 with such effortlessness. Her Disney expertise are beyond words as she came up with additional recommendations for our time in the park that we were not aware of . Shannon was a blessing to work with as the only task that we had to do was to pack our bags (she even sent a suggested list for that as well)!

I've worked with Shannon for over a decade. She's booked many vacations, from cold weather ski trips to sunny tropical vacations. The most recent trip (Feb 2020) to Jamaica was our 4th time, 3rd different resort. All was wonderful, Shannon ensures all details are addressed from meet and greet service, transportation to and from the resort, airlines, the works! I would urge anyone to use her services. She has knowledge about all of the resorts we have been to. We have never been even slightly disappointed.
